Welcome to Keriavo. This Delivery Policy explains how and when your digital design services and files will be delivered after purchase.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All services provided by Keriavo are 100% digital. No physical products are shipped.
All final files are delivered electronically via email or download link.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the selected package and project complexity:
- Basic logo concepts: 2–4 business days
- Standard branding packages: 4–7 business days
- Premium identity systems: 7–12 business days
Delivery time starts once we receive:
- Full order confirmation
- Required project details from the client
3. Delivery Method
Your final design files will be delivered through:
- Email attachment or download link
- Cloud storage (Google Drive or similar)
- Shopify customer account (if applicable)
You will receive a confirmation email once your project has been delivered.
4. File Formats Included
Depending on your package, you may receive:
- PNG (transparent background)
- JPG (high resolution)
- SVG / Vector files
- PDF brand presentation (if included)
- Source files (if included in premium plans)
5. Delays in Delivery
Delays may occur if:
- Client does not provide required information on time
- Additional revisions are requested beyond package limits
- High workload periods
We always communicate any delays in advance.
6. Revision Impact on Delivery
Delivery time may extend if revisions are requested. Each revision cycle may add additional processing time depending on complexity.
7. Order Completion
An order is considered completed once:
- Final files have been delivered
- The client has approved the final design
- No further revisions are requested within the revision period
