1. Digital Service Notice
All services provided by Keriavo are digital and custom-made. Due to the nature of personalized branding and design work, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund only under the following circumstances:
- The project has not yet been started
- No design concepts or files have been delivered
- Duplicate payment or accidental transaction
- Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved
Once the design process has begun or concepts have been delivered, the order becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed or partially completed design work
- Change of mind after delivery
- Delays caused by missing client information or communication
- Dissatisfaction based on personal design preference after revisions have been provided
- Failure to read service details before purchasing
4. Revisions Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Eligible packages may include revisions to refine and improve the final design according to the selected service plan.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us before opening any payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks related to completed digital services may result in suspension of future services and legal review if necessary.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider or banking institution.
